The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is an autonomous organisation of the Government of India that was established on 1 September 1961 as a literary, scientific and charitable Society under the Societies' Registration Act (Act XXI of 1860). 1. What is NEET- UG?
NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.

So NEET will avoid unnecessary wastage of time, effort & money.Moreover, multiple exams also pose the challenge of preparing for different syllabi and patterns for students. This further increases the stress among students.NEET will replace AIPMT and other state-level CET such as Delhi-PMT, MHCET, R-PMT, WBJEE, EAMCET etc. (AIIMS does not come under NEET)

Article 21-A and the RTE Act came into effect on 1 April 2010. The title of the RTE Act incorporates the words ‘Free And compulsory’. ‘Free education’ means that no child, other than a child who has been admitted by his or her parents to a school which is not supported by the appropriate Government, shall be liable to pay any kind of fee or charges or expenses which may prevent him or her from pursuing and completing elementary education. ‘Compulsory education’ casts an obligation on the appropriate Government and local authorities to provide and ensure admission, attendance and completion of elementary education by all children in the 6-14 age group. With this, India has moved forward to a rights based framework that casts a legal obligation on the Central and State Governments to implement this fundamental child right as enshrined in the Article 21A of the Constitution, in accordance with the provisions of the RTE Act.
Article 21-A and the RTE Act came into effect on 1 April 2010. The title of the RTE Act incorporates the words ‘Free And compulsory’. ‘Free education’ means that no child, other than a child who has been admitted by his or her parents to a school which is not supported by the appropriate Government, shall be liable to pay any kind of fee or charges or expenses which may prevent him or her from pursuing and completing elementary education. ‘Compulsory education’ casts an obligation on the appropriate Government and local authorities to provide and ensure admission, attendance and completion of elementary education by all children in the 6-14 age group. With this, India has moved forward to a rights based framework that casts a legal obligation on the Central and State Governments to implement this fundamental child right as enshrined in the Article 21A of the Constitution, in accordance with the provisions of the RTE Act.

For about 50 lakh central employees and 58 lakh pensioners Diwali has come early. The Centre has announced 2% dearness allowance (DA) which will be effective from July 1, 2016.
For about 50 lakh central employees and 58 lakh pensioners Diwali has come early. The Centre has announced 2% dearness allowance (DA) which will be effective from July 1, 2016.
The decision was taken at the Union Cabinet meeting on Thursday.
Dearness allowance and dearness relief are provided to employees and pensioners to neutralise the impact of inflation on their earnings.
Earlier this year, the government hiked DA by 6% to 125% of basic pay. The DA was later merged into the basic pay following the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission award.
As per an agreed upon formula, the government increases DA on the basis of the 12-month average of retail inflation. It doesn't consider the price rise rate beyond a decimal point for deciding the rate of the dearness allowance.

A division bench of acting Chief Justice Bhaskar Bhattacharya and Justice JB Pardiwala also told the state government to give regular salary benefits to all its fixed pay employees from the date of their appointment.
In some cases the fixed monthly pay was as law as Rs 2,500, which violates labour laws of the state also, he had said. The high court dictate will have a major financial implication for the state exchequer as there are about 1.5 lakh fixed pay employees in different government departments.

So NEET will avoid unnecessary wastage of time, effort & money.Moreover, multiple exams also pose the challenge of preparing for different syllabi and patterns for students. This further increases the stress among students.NEET will replace AIPMT and other state-level CET such as Delhi-PMT, MHCET, R-PMT, WBJEE, EAMCET etc. (AIIMS does not come under NEET)
