NEW DELHI: The RBI has decided to increase the cash withdrawal limit from ATMs to Rs 4,500 per day from the present Rs 2,500 with effect from January 1.
However, there is no change in the weekly withdrawal limits, which stays at Rs 24,000.
the weekly limit per bank account remains unchanged at Rs 24,000 as the government tries to replace the outlawed currency with new bills.
